As livechat seems to not appear anymore on your website, I'm writing you this email in order to cancel my leveling and get a refund.
As you can read on the blog I hold about this situation, http://bobdibop.blogspot.com/ , I have been patient with saleveling.com, but I am really disappointed about your service, and after seeing that it took me so much time to get your leveler started, after seeing that it took him more than two hours to reach level four when a casual player gets to level 6 within an hour easily, I came to the conclusion that what is advertised onto your website and what I paid for will not be provided to me, or maybe it will be done within 6 months instead of the 14 planned days, which is not what I paid for.
I am asking you for a refund and am contacting Paypal.com about a dispute on this matter.
The account passowrd has been changed, please don't try to log anymore.
