Cataclysm Euro servers failure.

There we go again, with the new extension coming, the WoW servers are unable to react correctly to the number of simultaneous login trials.

Everybody was having fun on my server, Uldaman-Fr, until 00:01.  The we got a message from the server asking us to exit the game and restart WoW to enjoy Cataclysm.

Guess what.  It' s 00:20 and the only message a friend of mine and myself received when trying to login is "connecting", then a few seconds later, "you have been disconnected from the server".

Well if only we could have been connected before beeing disconnected !

Ow well, let' s try some more !


Update.

It' s now 00:34.  I finally have a "Success" box floating on top of my login screen.  But it' s been floating there for 5 minutes.  Now way to go any further...

Paypal dispute

I got a message from paypal this morning :

I went on the paypal website for a quick look of what happened.

There it goes.  Looks like it all ends "not too bad" for me.  I'd rather receive all that they promised, but well, except for a Blizzard suspension it ends up pretty well.  I'm not sure I'll keep that Priest.  I am currently enjoying WoW with a new way of playing it : Multiboxing. (http://www.dual-boxing.com for more info on the subject).

Here goes my text.  Let's see what will happen.


I ordered this item fro Saleveling.com :

The problem is that what they deliver is completely different from what the website advertises.  Saleveling is supposed to help you level your characters (for the game World of Warcraft) by having their players play your characters, and are supposed to do it within a certain delay. 

The item I ordered was supposed to be completed within 14 days.  After 7 day I realize that they havn't done 10% of the job, that they are using Bots to do their work, infracting the game's rules, and that they'll never be able to complete this within the scheduled timeframe.  They even got the game account suspended.

They are clearly lying about what they do and I wouldn't consider them as trust-able anymore.

I have chatted with them a few times already, but they deny that they use Bots and state that they can have the job finished in times which is totally unrealistic.

I hope something can be done to get my money back.

Well I said no thanks.  It's becoming too dangerous and it has been to slow anyways.  Level 12 after 7 days, I don't think you can do it to 80 within 14 days.  As I said, I want to stop.

Well your levelers didn't do their job correctly anyways.  I said I want it to stop.  The account is now locked and you will not receive the new password.  If we cannot find an agreement I will setup a DISPUTE on paypal and end all this.

I clearly want a total refund because you lied on your website and used botting levellers that got my account banned.  Do you eralize that your website is lying when saying hand-leveling.  Your website is lying when saying 1-80 within 14 days.  Do you have enough or do I have to continue with all the lies ?

Here we go again :

Dear xxxxx - Saleveling.com.

I looks like you are not reading my emails, I hope you will READ (and understand) this one.

1. Blizzard has spotted the account on which your leveller has been botting.  They have suspended the account.  I asked you to stop botting on that account, but you kept doing it.

2.  It is clear that you have been botting. 
2a. I have seen your player do it. As already explained to you earlier.
2b. Only a bot reaches level 12 within 7 days.  Any real player would do quests, level faster and get at least the achievement "50 Quests Completed".

3.  It is clear that you will never reach level80 within 14 days, as I alerady explained.

4. I asked you to stop levelling 3 days ago, but you decided to keep botting.

For using bots, getting the account suspended and not beeing able to complete your objectives, I want to CANCEL the order and get a REFUND.
If you do not want to refund, I'll open a DISPUTE with PAYPAL on Monday 7 SEPTEMBER.
